Returns Policy
At E BIKE CENTRE , you have 30 days after receipt to request a return. The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn and unused, with the original tags and packaging. Please also include your proof of purchase.
Return procedure:
Contact us at info@ebikecentre.be for a return label and instructions. Returns without prior request will not be accepted.
Damage and Problems:
Inspect your order upon receipt. Report any damage or incorrect delivery immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Non-returnable items:
Perishable goods, personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, discounted items, and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges:
Return the item and place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds:
After inspecting your return, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Please contact us if it takes longer than 15 business days.
